Research Interests

Currently I have three general research areas:

• Cosmology
  • the large scale structure of the universe and the interface between the linear and non-linear regimes.
  • the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) especially looking for non-Gaussian or anisotropic features in the CMB.
• Protein Folding
  • determining whether from the primary structure one can predict secondary structures like alpha helixes or beta sheets
• Access
  • increasing the number of women and under-represented groups in the physical sciences.
