Her Story
Isabel means "consecrated to God," but I don't think her momma and pappa had that in mind when they named her. I just think they thought the name was pretty. Which it is! As you can tell from the picture, Isabel is already a snappy dresser.
There have been many famous Isabel's throughout history. For instance, Isabel and Ferdinand, King and Queen of Spain, united the Iberian pennisula after the Moors were defeated. There is also Isabel Allende, author of Daughter of Fortune and many other novels. But, of course, the most famous Isabel of all is Isabel Alexis Keeper!
